Roles and Responsibilities 1. Ensuring all the facilities are in place at office premises 2. Keeping a regular check on all the requirements of different departments 3. Organizing and manage personal records of every employee 4. Developing a systematic report 5. Ensuring the hiring of right candidates whenever required 6. Assisting the payroll department by providing correct employee information 7. Being a connecting bridge between management and employee during any communication This will be an opportunity to directly work with the founders. What we are looking for: An entrepreneurial, thoughtful and positive mindset/approach to solving large problems, capable of adapting to changing market conditions, willing to join a growing startup, a rational and no-nonsense approach, and practical thought process.
