JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include: 1. Advertise job openings on free job portals and social networks 2. Screen potential candidate’s resumes to identify suitable candidates to fill job vacancies 3. Coordinate with the candidates and take all the necessary details 4. Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates 5. Update recruitment database 6. Assist the HR team in various other activities 7. Prepare recruitment-related reports 8. Get involved in research & development to improve the recruitment process
Who can apply:
Only those students or freshers can apply who:
are available for full time (in-office) internship
have relevant skills and interests
can start the internship between 13th Jul'21 and 17th Aug'21
are available for duration of 6 months
have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply
Other requirements:
Should be pursuing or have pursued MBA in HR A degree of MBA in HR with a BSc- IT background will be a plus point Should have a good understanding of the recruitment process Should have knowledge of job portals & MS Office Should have exceptional written and oral communication skills Should have the ability to share knowledge and work in a team-oriented environment Should have the ability to work independently Should have the ability to learn & adapt new recruitment process/technologies Should have excellent planning and organizational skills
