JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through various sources viz. job portals, internal references, etc. and coordinate with the line managers to schedule interviews
2. Maintain a talent pipeline to meet exigencies
3. Create offer pipeline and make resources on board at the right time with proper follow-up with the candidates
4. Handle joining formalities of new joinees
5. Ensure that the new joinees have an in-depth understanding of the organization, basic HR policies, entitlements, etc.
6. Ensure employee engagement
7. Support HRBP on a regular basis in handling employee grievances and escalating at the right time wherever required
8. Ensure employees adhere to policies & procedures
9. Confirm PIP documentation, salary and leave queries, exit process, and team outings planning
10. Plan & support companywide and business Unit level events/engagement calendar with the employee engagement team
11. Maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports/dashboards as per requirements
