JOB DETAILS
• Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through various job sites like Naukri, Monster, Times, Shine, LinkedIn and other sources such as Headhunting, Reference, professional networking sites, social media etc.
• Pre-screening candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills etc.
• Working on Target based model.
• Coordination with Team Heads/Team Lead/CEO.
• Schedule interviews for relevant candidates and follow up till the date of joining.
• Maintain recruitment database MIS.
• Submitting confirmed CVs to Team Lead/Sr Recruitment Consultants/Clients.
• Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Follow-ups with candidates/clients for status.
• Building good rapport with management and the team.
• Might involve - Client Interaction (travel at times), discuss requirements, hiring plan, key client management, mass hiring, social media recruitment, decision making, innovation, promotion, etc
Desired Profile:
• Should have good verbal and written communication.
• Excellent team player, go-getter, positive attitude, passionate to succeed.
• Should be aggressive, have to urge for learning and interest towards recruitment.
• Should have commitment & be hard working.
• Should have software skills knowledge, preferably from computer background
• Should be good at MS Word, MS Excel, MS-PowerPoint and Internet.
• Should have good Analytical skills with a fair amount of reasoning ability
• Any kind of recruitment background experience is desirable
Qualifications: Any degree + MBA-HR
Experience: 0 to 6 Months
Gender: Females only
Preference is given to candidates who are willing to join immediately. Selected candidates must carry their own laptops to work.
Stipend: will be given based on performance, Trainee will be confirmed as a full-time employee with a salary of 15k + PF + Mediclaim benefits. Company will take care of the telephone/broadband.
