Job Role (Recruiter)
Responsible for handling complete recruitment cycle of Field Executives
Ability to manage 2 -3 requirements a day.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion submittal into interview.
Recruiters responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and proving a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available.
Shortlisting resumes based on the several factors such as skills, locations, experience, previous employers etc.
Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening.
Convincing candidates to attend the interviews.
Finalizing interview schedule and making the interviewers to be available for taking the interview.
Job Postings in job portals
Offer Processing Role
Following up with candidates for pre offer documents
Verifying candidates documents and uploading the same in portals.
Preparing the CTC calculators
Processing the offer in the system.
Downloading the offer letters and sharing with the respective HRBPS
On boarding of employees (Field Executives)
Sharing appointment letter with the new joinees and following up for the signed copies.
