Job Description for HR Intern
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various activities and support our HR operations.
The responsibilities for HR Intern would include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Responsibilities
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Requirements
MBA – HR would be a plus (Graduation from any of Computers or IT stream-Mandatory)
Experience with MS Office
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Organizational skills
Must Have soft skills
Good communication both verbal and written as job involves constant communication between various stakeholders of the business & excellent comprehension skills
Ability to take directions and learning from critical feedback of the team
Should be able to work closely with the reporting manager/senior who would manage and help you learn the basics of the job to grow in this field
Quick learner
Ability to learn and understand technology and its fundamental concepts
