Duration: 6 months
Stipend: 5,000 per month
Potential for Full-Time Employment: Based on performance
Description:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations
Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval.
Handle general HR administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents. • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
Assist in conducting research on HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
