4. Conducting interviews/tests using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
5. Coordinating with the in-house lead about suitable time for scheduling and assisting him/her in conducting interviews/calls
6. Performing a background check on candidates
7. Completing onboarding formalities and induction session
8. Ensuring timely execution of all the joining formalities and that candidates have a delightful over experience
