We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team at Eduonix. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 years of experience in the field of HR.
Roles and Responsibility
Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
Support benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
