JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing end to end recruitment for the company
2. Sourcing candidates from various job portals, social media, and references
3. Coordinating with multiple colleges placement departments to source candidates
4. Filtering profiles and taking telephonic interviews and consistently following up
5. Connecting with the candidates and briefing them about the company and its roles
6. Scheduling, arranging, and following up with candidates for personal interviews and aptitude test
7. Handling onboarding and paperwork formalities and ensuring smooth timely execution
8. Working on closing the positions and getting the right talent in the company
