Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Taking care of HR operation work like helping new joiners, connecting with the admin team for any assistance
2. Helping the HR business partner and coordinating with the team in event management, grievance handling, etc.
3. Creating and managing the database of the employee.
