Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing records of office supplies, employees and interns (data, documents and Excel of the employees and interns & other items)
2. Posting HR requirements in recruitment portals
3. Talent acquisition
4. Execution of initial round of interviews
5. Managing all communications with candidates, interns, employees & vendors
6. Drafting of letters - offer, internship, appointment, appraisals and agreements
7. Drafting of emailers on festivals and birthdays
8. Planning of office based activities on celebratory occasions and team bonding
9. Tie-ups with college placement teams
10. All communications to vendors & business partners
11. Resolving queries related to HR & admin
12. Weekly updation to the reporting manager on updates & actions required
