Panning the new store opening manpower in accordance to the store grade, size & sales
Ensure workforce planning through the facilitation of succession development processes and the provision of necessary training
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Working on job portals and social media sites to attract the best available talent in the market.
Manage the recruitment of Head Office and Store roles ensuring the recruitment of best fit employees that possess relevant experience and skills that reflect the Brand Values
Maximize retention of key talent through the facilitation of HR practices that encourage a culture of honest feedback on performance, open communication and employee engagement to aid in the identification of employees at risk
Minimize attrition through analysis of trends and completion of exit interviews to identify issues and opportunities to improve employee engagement
HR Reporting and Administration
Policy development through consultation, stakeholder engagement, scoping needs, development, implementation and review.
Preparing the organogram.
Compensation & Benefits - Introduced salary grades and bands for each position
Development and update of job descriptions of the all the positions in the company.
Update of Policies and Procedure Manuals as required
Ensure a continual focus on new HR initiatives to strive towards HR best practice
Vendor Management
Identify new vendors related to recruitment, collates all information (technical capabilities and commercial), completes the first cut analysis and recommends for short listing.
Empanel new consultants for sourcing for frontend and Managerial positions.
Prepare contracts of employment as required
Organizational Development
Work in consultation with Management in Head Office and Stores completing training needs analysis, training design and delivery, and analysis of return on investment of training initiatives.
Developing the induction programs for employees within head office and stores to provide a positive introduction to the business and a solid platform of knowledge to maximize future performance.
Employee Attendance tracking , Exit formalities process &Vendor Management
