JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide administrative support as well as Human Resource compliance to the HR team as well as clients and employees resources
2. Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
3. Administer HR policies and procedures
4. Update our employee database with information such as new employee information, contact details, etc.
5. Screen resumes and applications for relevant required positions
6. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
7. Assist in the interview processes
8. Manage pre-employment processes
9. Develop a current knowledge of HR laws and regulations
10. Develop knowledge and understanding of HR information databases
11. Prepare Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents
12. Proofread and update HR documents including audits, marketing information, and handbooks
13. Handle making travel arrangements
14. Participate in organizing company events
15. Gather and maintain payroll and leave database
16. Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
17. Ensure that the companies protocols and culture is followed
