Sourcing and screening of top talent using social media, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources
Shortlist the profiles and conduct preliminary round of interviews
Using various tools to hire Interns, Freelancers, Full Timers
Draft offer letters/appointment letters
Collaborate with business functions to understand the requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate / MBA with rich experience in Recruitment, HR documentation
Excellent relationship building and networking skills
Good Negotiation Skills
