JOB DETAILS
The incumbent will directly report to the Chairman of the organization & be responsible for the entire gamut of the HR function, including, but not limited to:
1. Developing the HR strategy for recruitment, training, development, employee engagement, statutory compliance, rewards & recognition in conjunction with the mission, goals and objectives
2. Optimizing the HR Budgeting process & designing employee life-cycle processes to ensure organizational development
3. Setting high performance standards to achieve overall excellence
4. Forecasting & planning for manpower requirements within the organization
5. Conducting meetings on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis to assess manpower requirements
6. Directly responsible for the hiring of key staff in the organization
7. Conducting regular skill assessment gaps within group companies
8. Identifying & building the organization's leadership capability
9. Undertaking Performance reviews, rewards & recognition activities
10. Maintaining high level of employee engagement & relations
11. Ensuring 100% adherence to statutory compliance - Labor laws, tax laws, minimum wages, Provident fund, Employee State Insurance, Gratuity, Professional taxes, Income Tax of employees Key Performance Indicators:
1. Withholding the organization's management structure & processes to ensure smooth functioning
2. Designing processes & systemizing the entire gamut of HR processes
3. Demonstrating accountability & exhibiting complete ownership of the entire business lines of the conglomerate
