Key Responsibilities:
Receive full training across all HR functions – especially in recruitment & operations.
Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
Engage with candidates, explain job roles, and coordinate interviews via ATS tools.
Regularly update internal HR databases and maintain joining documentation.
Assist in onboarding new hires and handle HRMS entries and background verification.
Maintain HR dashboards and support daily HR reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
Recent graduates in BBA/BCOM /HR Management (No MBAs).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in South Indian languages (an added advantage).
Passionate about HR, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Self-starter, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
