Position Summary:
The responsibilities of a HR Intern is to support Talent Acquisition team in terms of hiring and hiring related activities and process.
Intern Duration: 4 Months
Educational Qualifications: Masters in Bushiness Administration Human Resources- Passout 2020/2021. Preferably from 2020 passouts.
Job Responsibilities:
Screening resumes, Interview scheduling, follow-ups and interview coordination.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Filing paperwork & documentation
Develop and update job descriptions (JD) , recruitment data updating in excel
Handling operational activities, helping Talent Acquisition team by updating data in tool.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
