1.Able to post jobs requirements in the respective platforms to get the potential resumes.
2.Be able to screen the potential employees' resumes, their social media presence, initial background check and filter based on the requirement.
3.Schedule and confirm the interviews with the candidate and share the calendar invites with respective members.
4.Assist in maintaining employee records, filing documents, and attendance records.
5.Assist in planning employee engagement programs and various activities across the center.
6.Assist in drafting policies, employee benefits and other HR activities. Being up to date with the latest information/policies of Human Resource.
