JOB DETAILS
Assist with recruitment process including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, sending assignments, and keeping track of the application process.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in planning and executing employee experience and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
What Youll Need:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
A strong desire to start a career in HR, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
