Assist HR BP TA to plan and execute employee welfare, employee fun/engagement activities and recruitment activities.
To ensure smooth execution of new employee joining formalities, and related onboarding activities. - Recruitment - End to end recruitment process.
Maintain employee personnel files/ Recruitment database
Maintain Employee records on the HRIS
Manage employee background verification
Maintain current professional insurance policies and act as point person for insurance certificate requests from staff, vendors and clients.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to for improvement of organization s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
Handle Day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
To ensure process compliance during employee exit.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
MBA/PGDM with 0-6 mts experience in HR preferred, but an MBA/PGDM in any other stream who suits the requirement can be considered
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized, pro-active and self-motivated
Knowledge of MS office, especially excel
