Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new hires document collection, induction coordination, etc.
Employee Engagement
Help organize employee engagement activities like Thankful Thursdays, birthdays, and team events.
Gather feedback and support internal communication initiatives.
HR Operations
Maintain HR records and employee databases.
Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and compliance documentation.
Support preparation of HR letters like offer letters, relieving letters, etc.
Learning & Development
Coordinate internal training sessions and feedback collection.
Track participation and training effectiveness.
General Support
Contribute to HR process improvements and internal initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as required.
