You will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to employee engagement. This may include researching and planning employee events, conducting surveys, and analyzing data to help improve employee satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities : Some of your responsibilities will include: Research employee engagement best practices and develop recommendations for implementation. Assist with planning and executing remote-employee events, and team-building sessions. -Conduct employee surveys and analyze data. -Other duties as assigned.
