Detailed Job Description -
- Lead the HR function and be the key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process .
- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives and programmes within the set HR budgets
- Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit regarding key organizational and management issues
- Develop and deliver/rollout corporate messaging through various communication vehicles/tools that effectively articulate company strategy encouraging employee engagement and driving desired performance
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training and leadership development, compensation and benefits
- Provide leadership for achievement, maximizing and balancing profitability/cost mitigation and mission impact in organizational lines of business
Required Candidate profile
The candidate should possess MBA/Post-Graduate (Full-time) in HR from reputed institute with 15 years plus experience of working in reputed business organization withvalue based/ethical culture.
The candidate should possess 5-8 years of experience of heading the HR function with exposure to strategic HR, Compensation & Benefits , T& D , Policy formulatiom , Business HR . Campus Hiring and other Corporate HR functions.
Should have experience of Plant HR / IR also
