JOB DETAILS              
Plan and Execute Recruitment Strategy for all the hiring needs of the organisation. Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments. Ability to source tech talents. Formulating target-based recruitment strategy (online, campus recruitment, agencies, etc.) Framing job descriptions for attracting talent. Come up with innovative hiring techniques and introduce Industry Best Practices. Responsible for working very closely with Business Leaders/Partners to develop the Talent Strategy to meet the current and emerging business needs and ensure TAT based hiring.. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations; influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully. Ensure systems and processes compliance. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. Ensures legal/statutory compliance by monitoring and implementing human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organisation at hearings. Maintains past and current resource records. Building, Leading, managing and mentoring the recruitment team. Attendance Management and Payroll Processing. Dealing with employee grievances and ensuring corrective/disciplinary action. Manage employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends and recommending benefit programs to the management. Ensure effective implementation of HR policies within the business Administering performance review program to ensure effectiveness and compliance. Monitor the execution of induction programs to enhance new employee experience. Ensuring all India compliance on joining, transfer and exit processes. Ensuring that relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/Business leadership.
