Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Creating HR strategies and initiatives in alignment of goals of the organization.
Managing effectively all the legislative compliances and liasioning with various Government authorities.
Drafting manpower management strategies including talent acquisition, employee engagement in consultation with the leadership.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Creating a positive working environment through employee motivational programs, encouraging teamwork within employees to boost high moral and ethical values in the human capital.
Employee counseling and mentoring.
Employee Competency Gap analysis & strategies for competency development as per future
business needs
Payroll management & Managing administrative activities: Securities, Housekeeping, reception.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Analysis of various MIS like costing / budgeting for contribution to management decision
making.
