JOB DETAILS              
- To work closely with President Production in terms of overall manpower planning, costing, efficiencies and people issues - To ensure 100% compliance on all statutory compliances including and not limited to filing of necessary returns, challans, display of relevant laws & certificates (as mandated by law), necessary license issuance, registration of production units etc. - To ensure that there is a healthy Talent pipeline for production roles especially scarce skillset roles as the case may be. - To be able to ensure that the overall people management by way of Floor supervisors, unit in-charge/s, production leads etc. - Laying down easy to follow simple processes for production employees and supervisors and ensuring adherence to laid down SOPs - Employee Grievance Management Ensuring that employee grievance mechanism is smooth and effective on a day today basis. - Employee Health, Safety and wellbeing is taken care of. - Counselling employees on a regular basis to ensure that there is positive engagement and higher productivity on the floor. - Have an ear to the ground. Have cordial relations with employees across cadre in production, have a constant pulse on employee sentiment and be able to bring to Top management attention any/all information of substance. - Ensure that there is a feeling and overall employee experience of fairness and equality. - Recruitment Timely and high quality manpower sourcing. Leveraging on employee referrals and other cost effective sources of hiring. - Manage Overtime and work allocation process effectively and in the mutual best interest of the employees and the company. Controlling costs and maximising productivity. - Ensure that all employee claims are passed and paid within defined TATs - Conducting and driving monthly town-halls - Drive reward & Recognition mechanism effectively for increasing employee morale. - Once in a quarter, visit Jaipur/Other production units and give reasonable guidance to the local HR SPOC. - Exit Management Control regrettable attrition and at the same time ensure rigorous watch on employee productivity, timely PIP Issuance for weak performers and timely-smooth exit without any disruption. - Generate relevant MIS for top management to review and keep pulse on the Production HR Matters.
