Job Description Send me Jobs like this A. Job Objective Lead the design & execution of the HR digitalization and automation agenda for ACG group, with an intent to create an outstanding employee experience and leverage data & technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness of human resource processes B. Primary responsibilities Strategic and Planning Design the HR digitalization and automation plan, in line with the group HR strategy. This would include detailing out the long term 3 to 5 year plan and detailing it into annual plans along with budgets and timelines. Identify and detail out the initiatives to be executed each year along the following levers: Driving HR process efficiency Leveraging digital to enhance employee experience Support TA leads in driving employer brand through right digital mediums Building relevant HR dashboards / MIS to track effectiveness of HR processes Continuously scan the external environment to assess upcoming technologies, their use cases and relevance in the ACG context. This would also entail scanning and evaluating relevant vendors in the external ecosystem to collaborate. Functional HR Process Efficiency Assess and evaluate various HR technology platforms / solutions available in the market. Drive implementation of the relevant platforms within ACG (e.g. workday) to efficiently manage HR processes in collaboration with HR CoEs and IT team Standardization the HR technology platform across ACG group companies (India & global locations) Work in collaboration with the HR CoEs to understand various HR processes and evaluation potential use of digital technologies to drive specific process effectives (e.g. use of digital hiring solutions in recruitment, learning platforms etc.) Customer Experience Review the end to end employee lifecycle to identify the key touchpoints (moments that matter) and effectively leverage digital mediums to design an outstanding experience Drive the overall employer brand (both for internal employees and external prospects) through effective usage of social platforms (e.g. online Recognition platform) Work towards simplifying the employee interfaces for the technology (specific to hr processes) to improve the usability HR Automation & MIS Carry out automated analytics and dashboard tools through effective use technology (Note: the role would be responsible to identify the right tech. platform and work in collaboration with the HR analytics role to drive the same) Create automated systems for pushing MIS and other standard reports to the relevant stakeholder group Set up an internal knowledge repository for ACG and source relevant content from the business functions People development Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the employees in the department Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles Support capability development programs of ACG and by identifying and recommending the training areas Technical Competency: Manpower Planning Talent Acquisition Compensation & Benefits Performance Management Talent Management Organization Development & Effectiveness Learning & Development HR Operations Employee Relations Administrative Responsibility Leadership Competency: Listening Strategic Thinking Timely Decision Making Cross Cultural Skills Team and People Development Customer Focus Delivering Consistent Results Educational Requirements : Required : Graduate Desired : MBA in HR preferable Certification courses in digital technology / design thinking Experience Requirements : Required : 3 to 5 years of relevant experience HRIS implementation and HR process design knowledge HR Technology market knowledge Understanding of HR processes Desired : Knowledge of Design engineering concepts and implementation of the same in HR HRIS experience advantageous, but not essential Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter Industry: Other Functional Area: Other Role:Other Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time Keyskills HR Strategy HR Processes TA Process Efficiency Use Cases Strategic Planning Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above Education- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required Company Profile: ACG Worldwide The ACG group is the only supplier in the world offering integrated manufacturing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
