Implementing - Roles & Responsibilities, KRAs & KPIs for all levels of staff
Implementing Reward and Recognition structure
Travel, Leaves, Compensation & Benefits - Creation & Execution
Having a learning & development structure @ QodeNext & implementing System Integrator Thought process amongst all staff
Succession Planning
Ensuring compliance & appropriate Labour laws at works.
