About the Role: Adhiraj is looking for a head of HR, who will be reporting to the CEO directly. The role will require conducting people processes such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Progression, Compensation, Training & Development. Key responsibilities: Drive people processes such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Progression, Compensation, Training & Development. Own and anchor the talent management and retention charter to ensure attrition levels are within targets and under control. Design and lead the engagement charter for the account. Help career conversations, facilitate leadership connect and motivate employees through innovative Rewards & Recognition programs Track trends in employee concerns / behavior and proactively address them. Gather feedback to build effective solutions and design action plans to bridge the gaps. Ensure Business compliance and employment guidelines norms. Does this sound like you? Must-have: Must have experience with recruiting for a company. Must have experience with setting up HR policies and frameworks. Must have worked on remuneration, employee rewards and employee performance management. Preferred: Has previously worked in a mid- firm or family business.
