•Design and implement the HR Strategy in line with the organizational vision and mission.
•Determine the organizational values.
•Design initiatives directed towards promoting the organizational values
•Periodic review of organization structure, lines of control and delegation of authority
•Advice the management on regional and global best practices and policies related to people processes and systems and work closely with department heads for execution of the same
•Plan and evolve the HR budget.
•Monitor the budget and other financial measures of the HR department
•Develop and implement the Talent acquisition strategy in line with the business needs
•Strategize manpower planning and budgeting and monitor adherence to stated targets and budgets
•Develop strategies and ensure that the organization is positioned as an employer of choice and is able to attract premium talent
•Develop the compensation philosophy to meet the strategic objectives of the organization and to help attract and retain top talent within the organization
•Develop a culture of meritocracy by designing and implementing a robust performance management system to review and reward performance
•Design the Potential assessment framework for employees at various levels within RT Tricone Group
•Design the Behavioural & Functional competency model for RT Tricone Group.
•Identify and groom employees with high potential and performance orientation
•Strategize and plan succession to key positions
•Develop a culture of learning in the organization by developing right skill sets through proper design and implementation of training and development interventions to build employability within the workforce
•Ensure financial compliance in Human Resources
•Develop and implement effective communication of employee information within the organization
•Co-ordinate with IT Head to automate the various HR Services
•Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management
•Monitor the employee relations management - Evolve the Industrial Relations strategy and oversee effective implementation of the same at project sites such that disputes are minimal
•Develop common employee related policies for personnel across the organization
•Evaluate organization culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish organization goals and objectives
•Co-ordinate with different divisional/ functional heads to communicate the values of the organization and to implement the various culture building initiatives
•Build a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction
•Develop retention strategies for the organization - Ensure that the organization is able to retain key employees within the organization
•Act as an interface between the Management and the other Human Resources division – like the Recruitment, Employee Services, Training & Development, Industrial Relations and Business Commercial attached to the Human Resource division
•Plan for optimizing HR costs across division through manpower rightsizing, productivity enhancement, redeployment etc
•Leverage information technology for timely and accurate reporting of MIS
•Formulate and monitor implementation of Disaster Management protocols
•Conduct Safety and Quality audits, highlight deviations and ensure implementation of corrective action plans
•Ensure that the Human Resource division is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements
•Build a team anchored in RT Tricone Group values and motivated to achieve its vision and mission
•Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work
•Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role
•Implement Knowledge Management related processes within the function
