Role Overview:
Head HR would be responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies and activities that enable growth, innovation and overall organizational effectiveness. This includes driving corporate led initiatives and communicating through execute level the need for evolving to a better workplace that is driven by knowledge, ethics, leadership and organizational development. The person shall be responsible for formulating and executing strategies for high performance culture in the organization thru rewards and recognition, Performance management, employee relations, Talent management, and attending training needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Heading HR function of the organization related to below functions:
Payroll and Administration
Performance management
Rewards and recognition
Statutory compliances
Manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent management and retention
Employee relations including dispute management, Discipline management
- Managing End to End employee cycle
Talent planning, talent Recruitment, talent development, talent retention, exit formalities
Prepare and Maintain the HR information system (HRIS) and processes
Efficient in Hiring senior management with key roles and experience
- Identifying and managing training needs of employees
- Ensuring statutory compliance including PF, Gratuity etc. settlements
- Ensuring employee benefits like Insurance policies, reimbursements and rewards
- Performance management including Appraisals, increments, benchmarking with industry, bonus settlements, KRA/KPI settings etc.
