Monitoring Performance Management for all employees and ensuring smooth Appraisal process.
Timely addressed all queries, handling escalations, employee grievances through every stage of the employees life cycle.
Maintaining a positive liaison with Vendors, HR consultants, PF consultants and Training Institutes.
