As a part of Executive Steering Committee, serve as a Single Point of Contact to all to the directors and business heads to continuously provide consultative council and advises on all people matters, policies, best practices, legislation compliances and enterprise agreements.
Providing HR solutions to Business problems.
Being a Trusted Advisor to Directors, Leadership Team and other stakeholders of Company to optimize their personal effectiveness, team productivity, team cohesiveness and ensure they take effective business decision particularly to the human capital of the organization.
Working closing with senior leaders and connecting People Strategy to Business Strategy and continuously monitoring its effectiveness to deliver impactful business results.
Ensure continuous supply of Leadership Talents (including succession planning) across the organization and reviewing and optimizing their performance.
Design and implement Leader Development Programs across all geographies.
Building a strong Brand in the industry to attract and retain talents and transform Comapny as the Best Place to Work.
Ensure good employer-employee relations at all work levels at offices and plant sites of Company.
Designed and implemented many cost saving organizational policies and Procedures which effectively brought down the HR and Administrative cost of company across all locations.
Introduced periodical study of Industry Benchmarking to understand the Best Practices of across the relevant Industry, employee legislations and organizational compliances
Standardized, centralized and automated all the HR & Admin / IR process across all business and locations of Company and created a robust HR Services Delivery Model in Company.
Designed and implemented Competency Mapping for PMS-Appraisals and Competency based hiring process for all work levels.
Systematically established cordial and healthy industrial relations with various HR/IR tolls of Grievance Management, Suggestions Scheme, Health & Welfare Programs, plant facilities & safety audit, and workers engagement programs, skill development programs for better harmonious employer-worker relationship.
Successfully implanted various IR interventions helps to bring down attrition, absenteeism, accidents, disciplinary issues, labor disputes, hazardous practices.
Set-up a Statutory Compliance Reporting process for all offices and factories to ensure all statutory returns are compiled within stipulated timelines.
