JOB DETAILS              
A HR Leadership role, will drive organisation resource plans, talent management (acquisition, retention and development), talent reviews, succession plans, hi potential individual development plans and performance management for assigned business units. - Ensure a good balance between individual business unit requirements and group HR strategy. - Provide relevant HR expertise and experience to upgrade organisations capabilities and profile. - Design and deliver innovative communication, engagement & recognition processes to motivate and facilitate behaviour change. - Strengthen talent pipelines. - Drive succession plans with internal and external talent pools. - Manage & market employer brand as the best place to work. - Conceptualise and deliver powerful interventions that drive corporate values. - Develop and up skill junior resources on the team providing appropriate leadership, counsel, guidance and training customised to individual needs. - Develop a talent strategy for critical roles, map the talent market and apply innovative strategies to engage with diverse talent pools. HIRING PROFILE : - Full time HR MBA with 11- 13 years of PQE from leading institute, with experience of impactful HR business partnership roles. - With experience in intellect driven businesses like IT, digital, KM, consulting. - Some exposure to media helpful, but not mandatory. - Strong talent management capabilities. - Preferably worked in MNCs and start-ups. - Comfortable with an extremely agile and demanding business agenda. - Ability to establish quality relationships, a strong communication link and credibility with the business through the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and mutual respect. - Must have a demonstrated track record of building functional credibility with business teams. - Ability to switch between execution and strategy mode most effortlessly. - Data and metrics driven individual with a passion for results and excellence. - Excellent presentation and MS Office skills & must be well versed with technology. - Strong influencing skills. - Strategic thinker balanced with a grasp of details. - Ideally Mumbai based or be able to relocate to Mumbai quickly.
