Responsible for entire Human Resource operations
Create, Implement HR policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal and corporate compliance
Part of the Management Team for implementation of organization mission and goals.
Define and deliver on company-wide HR Strategy in alignment with the overall Business Strategy and to build the Employer Brand
Create sustained Talent Identification, Development and Retention strategies
Leading, developing and implementing Company-wide employee engagement strategies and plans that engage, inspire and align employees to Company vision, culture and values.
Implementation and regularization of the Performance Management system
Strengthen the Training & Development cell to arrange Induction, Technical & Functional training sessions within the organization. Regularization of the process, implementation of assessments, managing Ratings and maintaining a repository of Training material.
Led the C&B strategy and normalisation process and conducted the compensation revision & promotions based on internal parity
Playing a key role in designing intervention & implementation, OD activities, succession planning, employee engagement, multi-skilling, job-rotations
Monitored and ensured performance planning, process & budget compliance
Executed Job analysis and design; task and competency requirement analysis for the business unit
Working towards creating a performance culture including setting benchmark, performance review model, linking with individual & team performance, rewarding performance.
Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers
Create strategies for career development for all employees by ensuring that succession plans and career paths are established
