JOB DETAILS
1. Job Purpose:
To oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives across business functions and to translate business requirements into effective HR practices to align with the business objectives.
2. Key Accountabilities:
Accountability Cluster/Major Activities / Tasks
Support the business in achieving the strategic objectives as set out in the business goal sheet.
Support key HR processes across relevant business functions in collaboration with HRBPs for achieving the business objectives
Design and review the workforce plan for the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.
Understanding the talent needs of the business and planning the talent pipeline accordingly
Identifying the potential resourcing solutions whether internal or external
Planning & implementing the On-boarding practices to ensure effective orientation for new joiners
Manage key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders.
Implement the performance management process along with the HRBPs as per the COE guidelines to ensure meritocracy and high-performance culture in the organization.
Manage compliance and employee welfare to make the workplace environment conducive to work
Ensuring that the HRBPs as well supported to deal with all employee welfare cases and best practices are followed to ensure adherence to processes.
Implement Employee Engagement initiatives across regions to create an engaged workforce
Plan & Implement employee engagement activities across business functions
Communicating with the employees to create a constant Employee Connect.
Support the L&D team to identify and drive L&D interventions in the relevant areas.
Support the L&D roadmap to enhance employee capability
Work along with business and help them identify the possible needs for intervention
Support any specific OD / change management initiatives ensuring that they provide a value adding service in all change management initiatives. Plan and implement change management initiatives in collaboration with the COEs and align the business with the objectives of the initiatives.

Multiple Stake Holder Management across locations.
Managing complexities of business however ensuring HR processes are adhered seamlessly
Managing External Stakeholders and local authorities.
4. Dimensions.
Span of employees: 1000 to 1500 employees
Location: can spread to more than one premises
Manpower Budgets: 50 Cr +
5.Key Decisions:
Signing of employee letters like offer, appointment, confirmations, exit
Recommends Administrative Governance for execution
Signing on day to day expenses, vouchers, travel reimbursement.
Educational qualifications:
Post - Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or its equivalent preferably from a premier institute.
