Head - Human Resource - BFS (18-25 yrs)
- Responsible for end to end HR function for across offices.
- Managing HR policies and Employee life Cycle Management
- Plan and Execute People Strategies and Policies, Recruitment Systems
- Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Retention Strategies
- Guidance and Expertise to Businesses and Segment Heads in achieving the business goals, in line with country, regional and Group strategy
- Drive bottom-line business performance through creating an effective strategy
- Support line managers, in configuring and deploying Group people policies, products and processes to build engagement, thereby driving business performance
- Full time two year MBA
Salary Offered : Negotiable
Reporting to - Managing Director
Reportees :7 - 8 Direct & Indirect HR Professionals
