HR Head - Wellness Startup - Mumbai Exp. : 20 yrs Designation on offer: GM JD : - Handling entire HR related activities for a wellness startup. - You'll be reporting into CEO. Will help CEO in creating and executing HR Strategy for the company. - Collaboration with Key Leaders of the company for smooth HR Processes. - Define the HR strategy for the Company in line with the business objectives; create both long and short-term HR Roadmaps, to achieve the strategy. - You will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions. You will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services for India operations, e.g. Recruitment - Talent Acquisition (all roles), Compensation, People Management, and L&D. - You will be handling a team of 50+ people. Total manpower to handle: 2500+ - You will be taking care of PAN-India operations. - You will act as a Change Agent.
