Responsible for all areas of HR Operations activity and any other activity relating to HR administration and employee life cycle management.
Role & Responsibilities
To monitor all HR-Ops MIS and perform detailed and in-depth analysis on available data.
To play an advisory role to the business by interpreting and analysing data as required.
To identify potential optimisation and drive the projects to completion.
HR Policies Communication & Employee Feedback
Identifies, develops and utilizes different channels of communication to educate employees to ensure comprehensive awareness and understanding of HR Policies and Procedures relating to HR Operations.
Shares responsibility for the performance and development of employees reporting to this position.HR Governance
Follow up and implementation of any specific compliance, statutory or legal requirements relating to HR Operations.
Manages career aspiration and mobility of the employees within the team.Vendor Management
Ensure all vendors are paid on time
Ensure all contracts are in place for all active vendors.
Interacts and supports line managers in implementation of the HR policies relating to HR Operations.Employees
Ensure all queries raised to the HR Ops team is resolved within given turnaround as per the process guideline.
Graduate / Post Graduate with 10 years + experience in HR Operations of a large organisation
Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
Eye for Accuracy
Responsiveness to change and a drive for results, in addition strategic thinking is a must.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS-Word & Excel skills required.
