JOB DETAILS              
1. Policies & Procedures: a. Review of the existing HR related policies and procedures and identifying the gaps existing. b. Revision, formulation & standardization of the policies & procedures relevant to the corporate needs and environment and also based on the different geographies / functions (sites / offices etc) of the business c. Execution & implementation across various locations. d. Regular feedback from the team / employees group on the above and championing the change internally with the stakeholders, as and when required and based on the corporate needs. 2. Personnel: a. Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc. b. Overseeing & providing guidance to HR team on personnel related operations like pay roll processing etc c. Developing & Overseeing personnel processes like leave, attendance, employee advances etc. d. Training, development and mentoring of employees e. Overseeing Performance Appraisals f. Work Culture and Environment 3. HR a. Developing HR strategies and providing inputs to senior management on all related subjects and facilitating decision making. b. Developing corporate HR strategies related with for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc. c. Developing strategies / action plan for active engagement with the employees, both on an informal and formal basis. d. Regular Review of the procedures and suggesting and implementation of the same. e. Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communication efforts. f. Developing a regular and transparent information exchange between the senior management and employees in a regulated framework. g. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required h. Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics 4. Monitoring Statutory Activities: a. Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, Fire, Electricity, Contract Labour, Employment Exchange, etc.) b. Labour Cases if any c. Insurance (Mediclaim & Accident etc.) for all employees d. Upkeep & house keeping of different office locations e. Office facilities (Furniture, AC, Lights, Fans, etc.)
