The position is based with a Large MNC Bank in Mumbai.
- A candidate who has handled recruitment's at very large level and has also handled large employee strength,such experience is preferred.
- As the Talent Acquisition Head the person would responsible for the recruitment function for Pan India (Field Sales to Senior Management Hiring). Responsible for the ramp up of manpower for the business.
- Provide support in the developing & implementation of HR Policies for Recruitment & Onboarding Process.
- Developed Resourcing Review mechanism to ensure accurate information sharing to address communication issues between Resourcing function and all Business Function.
- Progressed from adhoc and requisition based hiring methodology to a Predictive Resourcing Model with the help of accurate retention analysis, contract renewal history.
