Roles and Responsibilities
HR Generalist profile taking care of various functions with in HR
Engagement- executing various engagement activities for both staff and blue collars
Conducting Skip level meetings, Organizing various events for engagement
Welfare officer for Manufacturing Plant.Must have prior experience as a welfare office for atleast two years.
Training and development- Working closely with training lead to organize various training programs , Booking calendar, Inviting participant
Facilitating Performance management process for operators
Working on various projects leading to process efficiency, cost saving , better engagement
Stakeholder management- Taking followups from various stakeholders and ensuring timely closure of various HR Deliverables
