Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, you will balance corporate, function, geographic business needs in deploying HR programs to the business units, and collaborate with the global HR team to influence the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to meet business needs.
Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives.
. Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc.
. Good verbal and written communication.
Should know Emails handling, Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance etc.
Handling end-to-end recruitment - HR Ops- Message:.
Well-versed with all HR functions including recruitment, attendance, Payroll Processing, Employee Induction and engagement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous HR Business Partner experience (preferred).
Should have general and business process awareness, Internet awareness, computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel), and decent typing skills required.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.

Minimum 5 years serving in a role for Human Resources.
Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills to work with teams and individuals at all levels within the organization Must have good communication skills should be able to manage day to day and periodic HR tasks independently should be flexible, responsible, and committed towards the role servedReliable Should be able to take initiatives in new HR areas required for company' growth able to make decisions when and wherever needed.
Ability to diagnose and successfully handle complex employee relations and organizational development issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with purpose, presentation skills, planning, analytical, positive approach, people person, emotional intelligence, personality authority, critical thinking.
