Roles and Responsibilities
Handling complete payroll (Updating on daily attendance of employees, Maintaining leave records, managing shift timings, ensuring employees queries related to salary and payroll )
Deal with Employee requests regarding HR issues, rules and regulations. Finalizing and preparing the PF & ESI Challan.
Handling Employee Overtime, food allowances, Bonus, travel bills etc.
Doing IR related activities EPF , ECR Generation ,ESIC,P-TAX, ,WC Policy, Half Yearly Return & Annual Return,LWF,ER1,Labour Licence, Bonus, Leave Tracking,
Preparation of Policies and standard operating procedures for all departments
Implementation of policies and SOPS in hospital.
Training on NABH Standards.
Internal Assessment as per NABH Standards
Audit of all departments to find out the non-compliances
Coordination with NABH as Quality Coordinator.
Verification & submission of Quarterly Quality Data.
Analysis of Quality Indicators with Root Cause analysis and corrective/ preventive Action.
Maintaining all the Files as per the NABH standards & Updating Of records.
Carrying out the Privileging & Credential Verification as per the HR policy.
Carry out the verification process and ensure a genuine effort is made for the same
Firming up Job Description of the entire hospital and finalize the JDs of all positions
Own the PMS process end to end.
Handling complete recruitment of group hospitals, Medical and Non Medical Staff, Doctors,
Consultants, Senior Consultants, Registrar.
Induction training program, designed to give participants an overview
Implemented R&R program to improve employee morale and recognition.
Other Activities: Leave En cashment, Handling the full and final settlement of the Employees , Monthly attrition report, HR MIS & Balance sheet, Employee Engagement & monthly calender, Annual management review meeting.
Credentialling of Medical Staff
Planning, Organizing and Conducting fun, recreational events, festival celebrations activities for
teams/departments/cadres to promote the happinessindex of the organization
HandlingEndtoEndemployee InsurancePolicy&Claims.
Desired Candidate Profile
Advise employees on policies and processes, grievance management, develop a positive
work environment at the hospital
Should be Excellent with Excel.
