We are a Startup growing company in Business & HR Consultation. We are looking for a talent that joins our team in expansion.
Act as HR Operation Specialist for the area and assume total responsibility for the function
Ensure all documentation is done and also ensure proper file management system is maintained
End to end Recruitments for IT and Non IT
Processing of payroll
Responsible to handle the joining process, the grievances and the exit process of the employee
Able to create and implement HR policies of employee lifecycle
Should be able to take disciplinary action whenever required
Should be able to initiate and handle the complete performance management system
Conduct employee engagement activities to create team bonding
Create a training calendar and co- ordinate to conduct various trainings throughout the year
Relationships with sources of recruitment, colleges, NGOs, skill building colleges and institutes, consultants to hire sales reps thru these sources and advertisement/referral
Partner and create various initiatives for motivating employees
Be a guide and support to business leaders
Knowledge of PF/ESIC /Factory Laws
Visiting clients on regular basis
Specification-
Knowledgeable in excel sheets (formula, mail merge, V look up, pivots ...)
Deep understanding of HR domain and high level of maturity
Sound knowledge of the labour laws and compliance
Will have to visit factory once in a week
Good communication and email drafting skills
Experience of handling major of the HR activities
Ability to develop clear and fair processes
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Should be comfortable to travel
