Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Develop and follow various recruitment methodologies
Develop and maintain a database of prospective candidates.
Offer letter processing
Analysing and Understanding Requirement & Sourcing for the right fit. .
Follow-up with all the scheduled Candidates and Coordinate with them. .
Follow up with the candidates till the On Boarding.
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting. .
Good Communication Skills. .
Database Manitanence
Handling the induction
Background verification of the selected candidates
