The HR Executive (Generalist) will be responsible for 70% Recruitment and 30% Generalist profile e.g.HR Operations, Employee Engagement, PMS, Training and Development activity. Candidate will be recruiting in sourcing candidates through databases and social media, online, updating job ads, filing paperwork, posting Job descriptions, conducting interviews and background checks formalities. Scheduling various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, can help us to recruit faster and more effectively for recruitment for the organization. And to Assist HR Manager from Talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and in hiring great employees.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Work closely and coordinating with the HR Manager for 70% Recruitment and 30% Generalist profile e.g.HR Operations, Employee Engagement, PMS, Training and Development activity in various department and to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using on job boards resume databases, social media, professional networks and through referrals, etc.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions at various stages of the hiring process (Phone screening calls, Video interviews and in person meetings)
Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates (Online Test (Objective, Aptitude, Personality, Walk in drive)
Organize hiring events and participate in Campus recruitment, Job fairs to network with potential candidates.
Organizing recruitment processes and driving Hiring Accuracy to manage a better quality of hire.
Following up with candidates, screening resumes, reaching out to prospective candidates for availability to coordinate for interview and update on the interview process status
Line up the candidates according to company requirement.
Coordinating with HR Manager for Reference and background checks
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieve.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Track recruitment KPIs, like time to time hire, source of hire and time to fill Staying current on the company's organization structure, HR policy Completing timely reports on employment activity
Facilitate the hiring, on-boarding and to Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
Managing hiring for Technical and Non-Technical requirements.
Creating resume database of recruitment Offline and Online
Performing in - person and phone interviews with candidates
Sound knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Engagement, PMS, Training & Development etc..
