Roles and Responsibilities
1) Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
2) Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
3) Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
4) HRBP generalist activities- onboarding/training/ exits/ employee lifecycle management etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
2) Women on a career break for more than 6 months.
3) Excellent communication and people skills.
4) Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
