Oversee talent acquisition:
Candidates calling, follow ups, preparation of JDs
maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for every position.
work with departmental managers during talent acquisition, ensuring that job applicants meet the relevant requirements for the position
Arrange teams interviews with US clients
To counsel managers on candidate selection
To ensure selection of the most suitable candidates for the organization
Onboarding activities
Conduct induction & on boarding
Document check & verification
Employee File preparation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to introduce new employees to their colleagues
Co-ordinate with Admin team and take care of joining activities
